- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Disappointed, luckily I called first, even though website said walk-ins welcome. I was told they were understaffed and appointments all booked. Went to Rosemead for my license required fingerprinting. They were great at Rosemead store. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Website says open until 7. Not for fingerprints!! Get your advertisements together! No wonder the ratings are so low! Didn't even care about the misleading advertising.
