- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I personally believe this branch is very good. Citi bank is one of my banks. Plus I am a security guard for one week. I saw and heard only good service. 9 out of 10 the people had the problems not the bank employees etc. People yelling at employees for no reason but their own. - ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I am very happy with the Monrovia Citibank branch. The service is excellent. Everyone goes out of their way to be accommodating. I often have difficult transactions because of my business and personal banking needs (wiring money, two-party checks, multiple deposits) and I really appreciate the personal service by the tellers and managers.
